Madala Bags creates hand made bags, luggage, picnic blankets and lifestyle accessories in our small artisan workshop in Hermanus, South Africa.
All our products combine design and functionality, and are built to last using locally sourced high quality fabrics, zips and components.

In addition to our Classic Collection of luggage and accessories available through our online store, we create customised designs including saddle bags and “van life” conversions collaborating closely with our customers to design the bag of their dreams. We also work with luxury lodges, wineries and other businesses to create a range of branded goods.
